Learn how to decompress your sphenoid temporal suture!





🧐 Did you know that cranial decompression techniques can help reduce headache, anxiety, stress, and neck pain?


🥰 My goal is to cover each body part technique starting from the head down to the toe by the end of this year!


1️⃣ Use two fingers and find your sphenoid bone

2️⃣ Gently lift up the sphenoid bone

3️⃣ Distract the suture

4️⃣ Inhale for 4'' and exhale for 6''

5️⃣ Repeat 3-5 times and rest
