How I think about treatment
Three things guide every visit: biomechanical precision, manual mastery and evidence-based empowerment.
My treatment philosophy centers on empowering clients through education and personalized care. I believe in a holistic approach, combining evidence-based techniques with individualized exercise programs to address the root cause of discomfort and promote long-term wellness and injury prevention.
What the letters mean
Every physical therapist now graduates with a DPT, the clinical doctorate. The DScPT is a second, post-professional doctorate for practicing clinicians, and board certification (OCS) and fellowship training (FAAOMPT) sit on top of both.
Which structure is overloaded, and why it became overloaded in the first place.
Manual therapy, dry needling and graded loading, chosen for your problem rather than applied to everyone.
Because the plan is right from the start, and it is adjusted every visit.
What is different here
- One clinician, every visit — no aides, no hand-offs
- 80 minutes, all of it treatment
- A written plan on day one
- No referral needed, and no insurance visit quotas
- Dry needling from someone who teaches it
- Built for athletes and active adults
